How do I check availability or make a booking?

All bookings must be made online via our booking engine, linked below - you'll be able to see live availability here, so any dates that are not showing are unfortunately sold out.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater for most allergies or preferences, but you do need to specify these at the time of booking.

Are children allowed?

Yes, for our evening tasting menu, we offer a children's menu. Babies are also welcome and we do have highchairs.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, well behaved dogs are most welcome.

What happens if it is raining?

In the event of inclement weather, we seat guests at their own private tables within our marquee, which promises shelter from the rain but a view of the balloons. There will still be the opportunity to take photos and videos of the balloons themselves, should you wish.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

As per our T&Cs, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, however we will always endeavour to accommodate booking amendments, as long as we have at least one week's notice.
