Feast Off-Piste is our winter pop up dining experience, featuring an authentic alpine menu of raclette, truffle tartiflette, chocolate fondue and gingerbread s’mores to be enjoyed from the comfort of custom-made ski gondolas. Diners can toast their experience with a supplementary winter cocktail menu and Champagne by Laurent-Perrier. Cocktails include Black Forest Espresso Martini, Aperol Negroni Sour and Blackberry Margarita.

    • Traditional Swiss raclette served with sourdough, charcuterie and pickles

    • Milk chocolate fondue with fruit, sweet treats and an edible candle to dip
