We are delighted to be landing at The Grove in Hertfordshire again for summer 2025!
Located in the formal gardens, beside the ornamental canal and herbaceous border, our hot air balloons await. Take a seat in your private basket and prepare for your taste buds to soar. Whether you opt for afternoon tea or our evening tasting menu, expect a menu just as creative as the setting.

This winter, we will be back with our winter dining experience, Feast Off-Piste.
The immersive pop up will feature an authentic alpine menu of raclette, truffle tartiflette, chocolate fondue and gingerbread s’mores to be enjoyed from the comfort of custom-made ski gondolas.
